Tim was born March 19, 1955 in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Tim went to school in Memphis, Texas and later in Booker and Amarillo due to his father serving various communities in Texas as a preacher. Tim later went on to attend Ozark Bible College in Joplin, Missouri. After a year there he went to work for Zales Jewelers and later worked for Neiman Marcus in Dallas, Texas for a while. He then decided to move to New York and worked there as a flight attendant for Braniff International Airways and also Global Air Charters. After spending 12 years in the airline industry Tim and a close friend of his opened a gift shop in New York called Recherche after a while he became the sole owner and the shop was named “Best of the Best in NYC” one year. After several years he developed health problems. Due to his unique health problems he was followed by the National Institutes of Health in Maryland for several years.  As his health was declining, the decision was made to close his store in New York and move back to Amarillo to be close to his parents. He played the piano for a lot of school functions and events and blessed many people with his talent. He was a passionate democrat and loved to talk politics in person and on Facebook. He had a love for animals. His late lab “Fearless” and his current lab/mastiff mix “Soldier” and a cat named “Pearl” who were his comfort and loved him unconditionally.
