Jana Miller, 59, of Amarillo, died September 30, 2021. Services will be held at Paramount Baptist Church, 3801 S Western St, October 5, 2021 at 2:00pm. Officiating the service is Byron Potter.  Arrangements are by Lagrone Blackburn Shaw, 8310 S Coulter.

Jana was born July 14, 1962 to Charles Douglas and Juanita Merlene Brooks in Midland, TX.

She loved her family and spending time with them. She worked as a Registered Nurse for twenty six years. She enjoyed going to rodeos, concerts, and spending time outdoors.

She is survived by her husband, James Miller; two daughters, Jaden Miller, and Jill Urioste and husband Andrew, both of Amarillo; a step-daughter, Jennifer Lester and husband Bryan, of Amarillo; a step-son, Clinton Miller And wife Courtney, of Heath; a brother, Mark Brooks and wife Jane, of Michigan; and her mother, Merlene Brooks. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.

She  was preceded in death by her Dad, Charles Douglas Brooks; brothers, Larry and Danny Brooks, and father-in-law, Jesse Reese Miller.

In lieu of flowers, family suggest memorials be donated to the Gleason Foundation.
