March 31, 1939 — March 21, 2020

He attended Amarillo High School and graduated in 1957. Later, he joined the Military and served both in the Army and Navy. He married his wife Elinor on June 15, 1974. Together they had a total of six children and 15 grandchildren. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on February 14, 1970 and stayed faithful in his devotion to his loving creator till his death. As a devout student of the Bible, he took comfort in knowing that God’s Kingdom will provide a solution to all of mankind’s problems. He suffered from Alzheimer’s disease later in life but will always be remembered for his lively, gregarious, and quick witted personality by those who knew him well. He was loved by all his family and will be missed...till we see him again in Paradise.

Survivors include: wife Elinor Hudgins of Amarillo, three son’s and their wives, three daughters and their husbands, and 15 grandkids and two sisters Norma Scott and Wanda Lindsey.
