Felipe Contreras Rojas, 59, of Amarillo passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. Rosary will be said at 6:00 pm, Sunday, August 19, 2018 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am, Monday, August 20, 2018 at St. Laurence Catholic Church with Father Shane Wieck as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Llano East Cemetery.

Felipe Rojas was born on February 5, 1959 in Porvenir, Mexico to Vincente and Rosa Rojas. He married Olivia Enriquez in May 1980 in Clint, TX. Felipe owned and operated his own construction company building houses. He loved to collect antiques and being outside with his animals. He raised doves, rabbits and chickens. Felipe's biggest love was his family and playing with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Olivia; two sons, Felipe Rojas Jr. and Felipe Angel Rojas; two daughters, Yesenia Rojas and Jeremy Reyes and Sonia Garcia and husband Jesse; three grandchildren, Echo Reyes, Ismael Garcia and Rene Rojas; three sisters, Agustina Macias and husband Norberto, Margarita Gonzales and Antonia Rojas; five brothers, Luis Rojas, Raul Rojas and wife Martha, Jesus Rojas, Victor Rojas and Vicente Rojas.
