Esmeralda Recio Gonzalez, 70, of Amarillo passed away July 15, 2022. She was born November 28, 1951 to Valentin and Guadalupe Recio in Robstown, TX. Esmeralda married the love of her life Andy Gonzalez on August 26, 1977. She was a seamstress for David’s Bridal before retiring. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and a member of Las Guadalupanas. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Ascencion Recio, Carlos Recio and Ismael Recio, a sister, Celia (Sally) Recio and two sons Nick Gonzalez and Adam Gonzalez. She is survived by her husband Andy of the home, Daughters; Bonnie Gonzalez, Jennifer Gonzalez, Kayla Melgoza, Kimberly Moreno and Deziree Mason, Sons, Kaleb Spencer and Melvin (Andy) Mason, 27 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren
