De Anne White of Amarillo, Texas passed away peacefully July 5th, 2020 in Amarillo Texas.
De Anne was born on February 14th, 1950 in Amarillo, Texas to O.G. and Tommy Jo Wright. She was the younger sibling to brother Gary Wright.
As a child, De Anne enjoyed the outdoors and was a hard worker from an early age. She attended Tascosa High School and graduated in 1968. De Anne found her career at Brown Graham & Company, PC as an administrative assistant and accountant. Brown Graham is where De Anne met the love of her life, Larry White.
De Anne married Larry White on April 30th, 1988. Larry and De Anne have a love that will last through the ages and the light they found in each other lit up everything and everyone around them. No two people have ever had a love purer and Godlier than Larry and De, and it was obvious to any that saw them together.
Larry and De Anne met and were married in Amarillo. They raised their children in Perryton, Texas where they worked together at Brown Graham & Company, PC.
De Anne and Larry enjoyed every minute they could get at their cabin in Pendaries, New Mexico. De Anne was an avid and successful golfer who hit the ball a mile. She also enjoyed tennis and hiking. She excelled at shopping with her granddaughter Hailey. De Anne never met an adventure or challenge she wasn’t ready for.
After recovering from breast cancer in 2004, she served as a volunteer at Harrington Cancer Center, eventually becoming an employee focused on helping women through their own breast cancer journey.
She was a spirit filled Christian. Her relationship with God guided every part of her life. Her boundless grace and good humor came from the Lord, and anyone that had the good fortune to meet her saw the fruits of her faith.

De Anne is survived by her husband Larry White, daughter Kelli Beck and her husband Barry of Pampa, TX, son Ross White and his wife Molly of Colorado Springs, CO, grandchildren; Zak Beck, Hailey Wills, Travis Thompson, Olivia White, Josephine White, Charlotte White and Rigdon White, great grandchildren; Presleigh Thompson and Knox Wills, stepbrother Norman Cook and his wife Phyllis, sister in law Nicki Wright, sister in law Debbie Moore and husband Chuck, stepfather Jimmy Rigdon, father in law Arnold White and mother in law Maxine, sister in law Judy Thornton, sister in law Bertha Potter and brother in law Terry White. We cannot forget her girls (dogs) Emma and Lillie Belle
De Anne was predeceased by her mother Tommy Jo Rigdon, father O.G. Wright, stepmother Lorraine Wright, brother Gary Wright and granddaughter Joselyn Olivia Beck
The celebration of De Anne’s life will take place on Thursday July 9th, 10am at Trinity Fellowship Church in the West Auditorium. 5000 Hollywood Road, Amarillo, TX. Dr. Gary Hall will be the officiant. Honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Hailey Wills, Olivia White, Zak Beck, Josephine White, Travis Thompson, Charlotte White, Rigdon White, Knox Wills and Presleigh Thompson. Memorial service arrangement through LaGrone-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, 8310 S. Coulter in Amarillo.
