Annie Lue Manning

Annie Lou Manning, 76, of Amarillo passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, January 17, 2020 at Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church with Reverend Vurn C. Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Annie was born on January 7, 1944 in Tyler, TX to Bennie and Estella Grismore. She married Don Manning on May 6, 1971 in Amarillo. Annie was an active member and Deaconette of Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church. She loved to shop, sell Avon products and talk on the phone and was always on the go. She retired after thirty two years as a production tech at Pantex. She was a member of the Shriners Daughters of IZAC.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Eugenia, three brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her husband Don; two daughters, Donnita Manning and Trina Roberson; three sons, Don Manning Jr., Curtis Manning and Tyrus Manning; two sisters, Stella Robinson and Bobby Edmonds; four grandchildren, Latasha Roberson, Crystal Roberson, Rodney Asberry Jr. and Devonte Perry and three great grandchildren, Jatayvn Hayes, Damari Brown and Keirani Asberry.
