Yong Sun Jurney, 65, of Amarillo passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019. Memorial services will be at 4:00 pm, Friday, December 27, 2019 at LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Martin Road Chapel.
Yong was born on July 23, 1954 in South Korea to Tong Ho Yu and Sun Na Cha. Yong married her best friend, a young soldier by the name of Fredrick Albert Jurney. She spent many memorable years with him. She was a very loving mother, wife and friend. Yong enjoyed crocheting in her free time and tending to her beautiful garden. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Fredrick Albert Jurney.
She is survived by two sons, David Jurney and Michael Jurney.
