He is survived by his son Glen Webb, stepsons Donny and John Chapman, brother Wesley (Vela) Webb, sister-in-law Billie Webb, and grandchildren Dustin Frederick and Summer Webb.

Willard is preceded by his parents Wesley Price and Etta Martiel Webb, wife Bobbie Webb, children Kathy Webb, siblings Doris Lemons, Kennith Webb, and Sandra Butler.
