Veronica Rose Brown, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away on June 18, 2026. Born on July 25, 1953, in Dimmit, Texas, Veronica's life was a testament to devotion, kindness, and unwavering loyalty to those she cherished.
Veronica was the daughter of Joseph Lange and Dorothy Lange, both of whom preceded her in death. She shared a special bond with her siblings—Jerry Lange, Mary Lou Birkenfeld, and Joan Harbison, each gone before her, but never far from her heart.
Veronica’s strength and resilience shone through her roles as a wife and mother. She was united in marriage to Stephen Brown, who also preceded her in death. Together, they built a home filled with laughter, love, and enduring memories.
She is survived by her sons, Eric Brown and Jared Brown, her grandchildren, Aubrey, Landon, John and Aaron, who were the center of her world and in whom she instilled integrity and compassion. Veronica was also a steadfast support and loving presence for her siblings, Tom Lange, Bill Lange, and Grace Chism, and friends who will deeply miss her warmth and caring spirit.
Throughout her journey, Veronica touched the lives of all who knew her with her gentle nature and steadfast grace. Also, her love and devotion to Christ were shown in her dedication to teaching her Bible studies and widows' group. Her legacy is carried forward in the values she imparted and the example of selfless love she set for her family and friends.
As her family and friends gather to remember Veronica, they do so in gratitude for a life beautifully lived and a spirit that will remain forever in their hearts.
