Peggy Jean Robinson, 84, of Canyon, Texas, passed away on September 8, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at LaGrone Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Coulter Road chapel.

Peggy was born on March 1, 1942, to John Clark Robinson and Mary Jo Avent Robinson in Canyon, Texas. She graduated from Panhandle High School and attended Amarillo College. Peggy worked for Northern Natural Gas Company for many years.

Peggy found great joy in spending time with her nieces and nephews and treasured the time she spent with her family. She also enjoyed helping on the family farm, where she was always willing to lend a hand. Her love for her family and the simple joys of life will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Johnny Robinson.

Survivors left to cherish her memory are her brother, Joe C Robinson and wife, Kay and her sister, Mary Ann Gill and husband, Paul. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
