Jesus was born on July 2, 1974 in Amarillo unto Jesus Julian Salcido, Sr. and Diane Edith Emerson. He was raised and educated in Amarillo and at the time of his death he was employed as a builder by Coast to Coast Inc.
He is survived his parents, his sister Julie Muro and an Aunt Rosalie Rodriguez
