Betty R. Long, 93 of Amarillo passed away June 27, 2022. She was born on June 12, 1929 to Ross McNutt and Valley Ruth McNutt (Newton) in Beggs, Oklahoma.
Betty went to Pharaoh high school, and later attended Draughon’s Business College. She married Von H. Long in 1950. Her faith in God and dedication to family were her top priorities throughout life.
She was survived by (Son) Von H. Long II, (Daughter in Law) Gerlina Long, (Grandchildren) Tiffany Long, Tessa Long, (Son) David N. Long, (Daughter in Law) Christen Long, (Grandchildren) Roselyn Long, Noelle Long, Josh Long, Amy Long.
Betty was preceded in death by (Husband) Von H. Long, (Parents) Ross and Valley McNutt, (Brothers) Jack McNutt, Ross McNutt Jr., and (Stepdad) Jim.
