Beatriz Crespo Elizalde

Beatriz Crespo Elizalde, 61, of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025. Funeral services are scheduled for 2pm, Friday, June 20, 2025, at LaGrone Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Martin Road chapel. The family will receive friends for a visitation and rosary from 5-7pm, Thursday, June 19, 2025.

Beatriz shared a beautiful 40-year marriage with her beloved husband, Manuel Crespo. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and family. A devoted grandmother, Beatriz’s greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She had a special love for horror movies, especially during Halloween—and found delight in sharing scares and laughs with those around her. Known for her kind heart and generous spirit, Beatriz never hesitated to lend a helping hand. Her calm, gentle nature and playful sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her warmth and light will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Beatriz was preceded in death by her father, Efren Elizalde; her brothers, Wilfredo, Efren Elizalde Jr. and Jorge and her grandson, Adan.

Survivors left to cherish her memory are her husband, Manuel Crespo; her children, Jorge Elizalde and wife, Cynthia, Janette Crespo and husband, Emmanuel and Matilda Crespo; her mother, Teresa Elizalde; her brothers, Juan Elizalde, Miguel Elizalde, Rolando Elizalde Enrique Elizalde and Hector Elizalde; her sisters, Sandra Elizalde and Andrea Elizalde; her grandchildren, Marivel Valerio, Maritza Alvarado, Anaya Elizalde, Eden Elizalde, Audrey Sanchez, Milania Chavez and Aharon Chavez; her great-grandchildren, Mailen Mondragon and Ilias Adan Craine and numerous extended family members who will all miss her greatly.
