Chao Alan Chaleunsack Nachampasack, 78, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2024, with his family by his side. He was born April 7, 1945, in Pakse, Laos, to Chao Heuan Kaykeo Nachampasack and Mr. Lek. He attended a university and was named the Valedictorian of his class. Amazingly, he knew seven languages. He met a lovely lady and married Amanda Aksone Nachampasack on March 3, 1968. They met while she worked at a hospital, and he was a captain in the Royal Army Force in Laos. When he was in the States, he worked at Graham Data Printing Company and Lawndale Bingo as a Commission Officer.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda Aksone Nachampasack, two daughters; Elizabeth (Alexander) Nachampasack Thipaphay and her two children Skyler Ryan Thipaphay and Preston Bryan Thipaphay; Alexandra (Phethavone) Nachampasack; and one son; Christopher (Phonesavanh) Nachampasack and his child Noelle Evan Nachampasack. He also has three brothers; Chonglack Sengchanh, Phakdy Sengchanh, and Douangchai Sengchanh, and two sisters; Phetsakone Sengchanh and Souvanny Sengchanh, along with many nieces and nephews and cousins too numerous to mention.
He was preceded in death by his mother Chao Heuan Kaykeo Nachampasack and his grandparents.
Alan was a very humble, non-boastful, simple man. “Grandpa” loved his three grandchildren very much. He also loved many sports, loved cars, and loved to travel to many countries. He loved to help anyone in need and was very respected by all who knew him.
