Nick Gonzales 42 and his brother Adam Gonzalez 31 both of Amarillo passed away on July 16, 2014.
Joint Memorial Mass will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at St. Mary’s Cathedral, 1200 S. Washington St. with Father Scott Raef as Celebrant.
Rosary will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 7:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1210 SE 11th St. Amarillo, Texas
Arrangements are by LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors of Amarillo, Martin Road Chapel, 1505 Martin Road, Amarillo, Texas.
Cremation entrusted to Memory Gardens Crematory in Amarillo.
Nick was born on Dec. 23, 1971 in Plainview. His brother Adam was born Nov. 11, 1982 in Lubbock.
The brothers were preceded in death Paternal and Maternal Grandparents, five uncles and two aunts.
Nick is survived by the mother of his children Christina Gonzalez, a daughter Nisa Gonzalez and three sons Brandon Baeza and Phillip and Tristen Tijerina of Amarillo. Adam is survived by three daughters Laurianna Gonzalez, Adrianna Morris and Esmeralda Gonzalez of Amarillo, four sisters Shanna McBride, Lachelle Carter of Amarillo, Myriah Buckner of Hollis, Oklahoma and Cynthia Harris and husband Rev. Darryl of Lawton, Oklahoma, and four brothers Zachary Hill of Amarillo, Eli Chapa, Justin Bush and Tyson Johnson of Plainview.
Both brothers are survived by their parents Deacon Andy and Lala Recio Gonzalez, five sisters Bonnie, Jennifer and KaylaGonzalez, Kimberly Moreno and Deziree Mason and two brothers Kaleb Spencer and Andy Mason.
